Tender issued for construction of terminal building at Dholera International Airport
• Dholera International Airport Company Limited (DIACL) has issued a tender for constructing a modern terminal at Dholera International Airport in the Dholera Special Investment Region.
• The first phase includes building radar infrastructure, such as Air Surveillance Radar (ASR) and
Monopulse Secondary Surveillance Radar (MSSR), with an estimated cost of Rs 19 crore (excluding GST).
• Bids for this phase must be submitted by September 24, with technical bids opening on September 30 and financial bids on October 10.
The completion timeline for this phase is set at six months, which also includes the construction of approach roads and supporting infrastructure.
• Earlier this year, DIACL awarded a work order for a Rs 3,300 crore project to develop an integrated terminal, ATC, and cargo complex, aiming for the airport to be operational by 2025-26.
