For those taxpayers who have opted for a presumptive income scheme in compliance with Section 44AD, Section 44ADA and Section 44AE of the Income Tax Act, the ITR4 Form is the Income Tax Return form. However, if the turnover of the undertaking referred to above exceeds Rs 2 crores, ITR-3 would have to be submitted by the taxpayer.
